Trust Fertility Conference 2026

Researchers, clinicians, embryologists, reproductive scientists, trainees, and industry professionals are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the Trust Fertility Conference 2026.

This conference provides a platform to present innovative research, clinical experience, laboratory developments, and emerging technologies that strengthen trust, quality, safety, and outcomes in fertility treatment and reproductive medicine.

Abstract Topics

  • Clinical and laboratory innovations, including AI in IVF, new ovarian stimulation protocols, laboratory automation, quality control, and workflow optimization.
  • Embryology and cryopreservation, including gamete and embryo vitrification, ovarian tissue cryopreservation, and ovarian tissue transplantation.
  • Ultrasound and imaging in reproductive medicine.
  • Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in fertility surgery.
  • Ethical, legal, and psychological aspects of assisted reproductive technology.
  • Patient-centered care, counseling, communication, safety, and treatment experience.
  • Other cutting-edge topics in infertility, reproductive endocrinology, genetics, and reproductive medicine.

Submission Guidelines

Requirement Details
Abstract length Maximum 350 words, excluding title, author names, affiliations, and references, if any.
Language English.
Submission format Microsoft Word or PDF.
Figures, tables, and videos Optional. Include only where they add scientific or clinical value. Video links may be submitted for surgical or laboratory demonstrations, where relevant.
Ethical approval Required for clinical research and human-subject studies, where applicable. Authors should also confirm informed consent and institutional approval where required.
Review process Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for relevance, originality, scientific merit, clarity, and suitability for the conference program.
Final presentation format The three highest-ranking abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and will receive oral presentation prizes. Remaining accepted abstracts will be invited for poster presentation.

Required Abstract Structure

  • Title: Concise, specific, and informative.
  • Authors and affiliations: List all authors and clearly indicate the corresponding author.
  • Background and objective: Briefly state the rationale and aim of the work.
  • Methods: Summarize the study design, setting, population or sample, interventions, laboratory methods, statistical approach, or quality-improvement methodology, as applicable.
  • Results: Present the key findings, including relevant data where available.
  • Conclusion: State the main interpretation, clinical or laboratory relevance, and implications for fertility practice.

Presentation Formats

  • Oral presentation: The three best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. Each oral presentation will be a 10-minute presentation followed by questions and discussion, and all three selected oral presentations will receive prizes.
  • Poster presentation: Remaining accepted abstracts will be invited for poster presentation. Posters may be digital or printed, according to the final conference instructions.
  • Presenting authors must be registered for the conference before final program confirmation.

Awards and Recognition

The three best abstracts selected for oral presentation will receive oral presentation prizes. Among the accepted poster presentations, three posters will be selected for poster presentation prizes. Award criteria may include originality, scientific quality, clinical or laboratory relevance, presentation quality, and potential impact on reproductive medicine.
